1) Most current and complete bank statement. (FULL 30 day bank statement)

2) Most current pay stub (if direct deposit, you must show current pay stub voucher)

3) A recent bill dated within the last 30 days to verify your address (i.e. phone company, gas company, electric company, etc..)
